Kaayi, Warami, Kia ora, 你好, Hola, नमस्ते, Zdravo, こんにちは,

Hello, you are welcome here

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands within our footprint areas: the Awabakal, Darkinjung, Biripai, Worimi, Wonnarua, and Eora Nations. We also pay respect to the wisdome of the Elders past, present and emerging.

We are an inclusive sporting and social club primarily for students and staff of Newcastle University but welcomes rowers of all ages and abilities.

Rowing is a popular sport a great way to meet people, get some exercise and enjoy the great outdoors. NUBC caters to all abilities, if you're interested, we would love to have you. Whether you’re an experienced rower or have never been in a boat before, we’d love to have you!

If you’re interested in competitive rowing, we regularly race in local regattas and look forward to taking another team to UniSport Uni Nationals. We also host social events throughout the year.

So, whether you’ve been rowing for years or don’t even know what a rowing boat looks like, shoot us an email at secretary@nubc.com.au or check us out on Facebook.
